NYC Sustainable Fashion held its first NYFW show in Six Summit Gallery and gave us four inspirational designers all coming from different walks of life and backgrounds.

Walter Baker started off in Finance but fell madly in love with the fashion world come the early 90s. His colorful collection of dresses and jackets dominated the Sustainable NYFW Event. The WALTER label proves to be edgy but wearable for the young woman. His innovative designs keep pushing the envelope of how the modern woman should look like in 2021 and beyond.
Italian-born Patrizia Iacino was gifted with the talent of jewellery making. Her jewellery line, avant-garde as it is, is also unique twist on the modern-day woman. Iacino combines everyday items and combines them with metals, gemstones, and pearls. Her custom line shines with an Italian ambience.
HANIA New York is a luxury knitwear collection founded by Anya Cole in 2012. It fuses together modern-day style with centuries old traditional values. Ready for winter? Then this line is for you.
Tonni’ 86 by Mirela Nurce closed out the show with another colorful round of clothes but with gowns of face and animal prints. Not sure how practical this line is, but casual and comfort come to mind for weekend wear.
